In the Boykin Spaniel world, puppies are not created equal. We hear all the time “my pup is from a hunting line.” Our question is what is the definition of a “hunting line?” At tomahawk Kennels, the only way we can define a hunting line is by training, testing, and actually hunting our breeding dogs. By breeding dogs with hunt test titles we know those dogs were healthy, intelligent, and had the drive to achieve those titles.
